New Appraisal Forms Are In Effect
As of November 1, 2005, new appraisal forms went into effect. Fannie Mae requires that "all appraisals performed on or after 11/1/2005 for loans delivered to Fannie Mae must be provided on report forms dated March 2005".
List of forms we will be using:
URAR/1004 .................................... 1004 Rev. March 2005
Exterior .......................................... 2055 Rev. March 2005
Condo ............................................ 1073 Rev. March 2005
Condo Exterior ................................ 1075 Rev. March 2005
Manufactured Home ...................... 1004C Rev. March 2005
Small Residential Income Property .......... Fannie Mae 1025
For more information, click the resources below.
We still offer a 2055 Interior/Exterior appraisal on the old form. This would typically apply if the loan will stay in-house (portfolio). Loans for the secondary market will have to use the new revised form. At the time you place an order, we will work with you to clarify and determine which form will be required for your particular situation.
If we can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
